3.3 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account unless explicitly permitted otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, earn duplicate rewards, or manipulate platform features is strictly prohibited.
4. Description of Services
Zomniplex is an online educational platform offering interactive quizzes, test assignments, gamified learning experiences, and instant feedback tools focused on actor emotions and related subject areas. The platform is accessible globally, enabling students from different countries to participate without geographical restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
5. Permitted Use
You may use Zomniplex only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes consistent with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
6.3 User-Generated Content
If you submit any content to the platform, including quiz responses, forum posts, or feedback, you grant Zomniplex a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display such content in connection with the operation of the service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Paid Services
Certain features of Zomniplex may require payment. All applicable fees will be displayed before purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.
7.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
7.3 Refunds

13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@zomniplex.com or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
13.2 By Zomniplex
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall remain in effect.
